Tolekan Ismailova is the Director of Human Rights Center/Citizens against Corruption (CAC) in Kyrgyzstan since May 2000. Ms. Ismailova is also the Executive Secretary of the Kyrghizstan NGOs Forum and founding president of Kyrgyzstan’s Coalition for Democracy and Civil Society.
