The Muslim Women’s Research and Action Forum works for women’s rights in Sri Lankan society. Through workshops, legal clinics, research and public reports, the organization advocates for women’s socio-economic and legal rights from the Sri Lankan government, while also promoting progressive interpretations of the Qur’an and reforms to Muslim Personal Law.
